Why 70% off?

It's our end-of-season sale. Every season we make a limited run of each style, and when the season ends we clear what remains to make room for the next collection. Same full-grain leather, same construction: every pair is still bench-lasted by hand in Almansa and Goodyear welted. The 70% discount applies to this season's run only, while sizes last. When a size sells out, it's gone until next season.

Fit & sizing

Finding your size

Please refer to our size guide above for the most accurate fit, or reach out to our customer experience team for detailed sizing guidance.

How your new shoes should feel

A good fit should feel snug without pinching: the heel secure with no slipping, while the toe box allows a small amount of movement. This offers better support, reduces excessive movement, and promotes proper foot placement for comfort and stability.

After a few wears, the sole and upper will gradually conform to the shape of your feet, providing an even better fit.

Care
  • Rotate between wears and insert shoe trees after use to help retain shape and minimise creasing.
  • Use a shoe horn when putting them on, and take them off by hand rather than stepping out of them, to protect the heel.
  • Once dry, wipe the upper gently with a soft brush or cloth to remove dust and surface marks.
  • Protect the upper with a product suited to its material (a leather conditioner for smooth leather, a suede/nubuck protector spray for suede or nubuck) before first wear, and refresh periodically, especially after cleaning or exposure to moisture.
  • For scuffs or marks, use a cleaner suited to the upper material and avoid harsh liquid cleaners where possible.
  • Let the sole dry at room temperature if it becomes damp and keep away from direct heat sources.
  • If you expect frequent wear in wet conditions, consider a protective sole treatment for extra grip and added longevity.
  • Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Anatomy of the Oxford Monk Strap

Anatomy of the Oxford Monk Strap

  1. 1

    Single monk strap

A polished buckle replaces laces for a clean, easy-on silhouette that still reads as formal.

  2. 2

    Burnished almond toe

Darker tones shaded into the toe give the shoe depth, like a patina that has already begun.

  3. 3

    Tone-on-tone seams

Stitching in the same shade as the upper traces the vamp and quarters for a tidy, formal finish.

  4. 4

    Low block heel

A firm, low heel keeps you stable and upright through long days at the office or the altar.

Formal enough for the suit. Easy enough for every day.

The monk strap sits exactly between an oxford and a loafer: as sharp as the first, as simple to put on as the second. One buckle, no laces, and a smooth almond toe that looks right from boardroom to dinner.

Chocolate brings warmth to navy, grey and tan; Black keeps things strictly formal. Both work as well with a suit as with chinos and a knit.

The upper is made from premium PU leather with a burnished finish and a protective coating that resists water, scratches and abrasion, so it keeps its shine with a quick wipe.

Made to be looked at closely.

  • Burnished PU leather

    Burnished PU leather

A smooth, polished upper with deeper shading at the toe, for depth you'd usually only get after years of wear.

  • Polished buckle

    Polished buckle

The single buckle is the shoe's signature: easy to fasten, easy to adjust and quietly elegant.

  • Protective coating

    Protective coating

A surface coating makes the upper water-resistant, scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant. A damp cloth is all it needs.

  • Clean stitch lines

    Clean stitch lines

Tone-on-tone seams follow the shape of the vamp and quarters without breaking the formal line of the shoe.

  • Textured outsole & low heel

    Textured outsole & low heel

A grip-patterned outsole and a low block heel keep every step sure-footed on polished floors and city streets.

Thirteen Years. Same Workshop.

Thirteen years in the same workshop in Almansa. The same benches, the same wooden lasts, the same hands. A pair takes days, not minutes, and leaves only when it is right.

Every season we make a limited run of each style. When the season ends, we clear what remains to make room for the next collection.

This season's stock is now 70% off while sizes last. When a size is gone from this run, it is gone until next season.

Shoes like these are made to be worn for years. That was always the point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the end-of-season sale, sizing, shipping, returns and warranty.

It's our end-of-season sale. We make a limited run of each style every season and clear what remains before the next collection arrives. The 70% discount is already reflected in the price and applies while this season's sizes last. Same leather, same construction, just this season's stock.

Every product page has its own size guide with EU, UK, US and centimetre conversions for that specific last. Trace your foot, measure heel to longest toe, and match it to the table. Most of our lace-ups fit large, so we usually recommend going half a size down. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering.

Not this season. Each style is made in a limited seasonal run, so when a size sells out, it is gone until the next collection. New styles and sizes arrive with each new season.

Every pair is bench-lasted by hand in our workshop in Almansa, Spain, using full-grain leather and Goodyear welted construction. That means the sole is stitched, not glued, so the shoes can be resoled and worn for years rather than replaced.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We offer free worldwide shipping, with delivery typically taking 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Every pair is covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on construction, stitching and sole attachment, and you have 90 days to return your order for a full refund if the fit is not right. Try them on indoors on a clean surface to keep them returnable.
