Where is my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please also check your spam folder.
Tracking your parcel
- Open the shipping confirmation we emailed you.
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number.
- Enter the tracking number on 17TRACK to see the current status.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7-15 business days. It can take a few days before the first tracking update appears.
Need help?
Has your tracking not updated for 10 business days, is your parcel marked as delivered but you have not received it, or did you not get a shipping confirmation? Email us your order number at contato@sma-digital.com and we will look into it for you.
