Sizing
Do the shoes run true to size?
Yes. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one: full-grain leather gives about half a size as it settles.
I have a wide foot. What should I take?
Our lasts are a standard D width. The derbies and the boots have the most room thanks to the open lacing and the fuller last.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with free shipping. Every order ships with track & trace, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then usually takes 7-15 business days. With Premium Fast ($12.99) your order gets priority. Delivery times may be longer due to customs or carrier delays.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Depending on your country, import duties may be charged on arrival. They are set by your customs authority, not by us.
Returns and warranty
Can I return my shoes?
Yes, within 90 days of delivery, unworn and in the original box. Read our return policy.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes, if the size is still in stock. If the requested size is no longer available, we refund you.
What does the warranty cover?
One year against manufacturing defects.
